A suitable bank account

Hi all,
OK, I am involved in a non-profit making organisation that produces a bi-monthly magazine.
The problem we are having is that we cannot seem to keep on top of our advertisers payments with our current account with HSBC - one statement a month is not good enough for what we need as some people pay in via BACS and don't tell us...
What we would like is an account where either we can:
Check online via internet banking our current statement
[wouldn't need any other online service]
or
go into a local branch and print off a mini-statement whenever we want.
All we ask is that its an account where two signatures are needed for cheques.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Regards
Alun

HSBC have an online banking system which you can use for such accounts I believe (at least, they let us set up such a system with a society I used to be involved with)0
