You can't.0 -
Does anyone know if i can ignor equifax and just inform call credit and experian?? or do all 3 need the same info for OH and i to be completely disassociated??0
-
I only went through the one as they said they would consulte the others anyway to see if there was any confliting information so I would have thought two was enough. Try ringing one and asking?:j0

ta wendy- my brain is so baby orientated that i hadn't even thought of asking the company, lol0

I've sent back the forms to experian- stating that although we live together we have separate finances. And to callcredit- having ticked the box that says we 'do not live together within a household in which we share finances, such that our financial affairs are independant' and that we 'have no other shared financial link'.
The thing that i keep thinking is how can we live in a household with separate finances if both our names are on the council tax bills and rent cards?? We don't have joint names on anything else, or any other bills.0 -
I was sharing a house with a couple (and their baby) a while ago and all three of our names were on the bills and council tax and we paid rent "jointly" but there was no way we were financially associated:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0

thank you so much for replying so fast! i was going nuts thinking that i was going to get in trouble for ''making false statement'' if i had got it wrong.
thank you x0 -
Just wondered how I would go on then???
Council tax in both names and Water bill plus Powergen.
But will not have joint banks after next week.
Anyone any idea???
Only me filing BR as most of big debts are mine from ex partner :mad:BSC No: 186 There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Unless someone's nicked the candle !

We had to were told to provide proof that the joint accounts have been closed (to the credit reference agencies) so i sent photocopies of the closing statements/letters from the bank when i orgininally asked to have financial disassociation. I have no idea about the bills though, sorry
Good luck x0 -
Does anyone know if I can disassociate my (upstanding, solvent) ex-partner from me without her knowing!? We never had any joint accounts - just a joint tenancy and joint names on a couple of bills.0
