Why is is so difficult to get Banks to have a general enquiries line, even if its not freephone?, why is it, ior example, i dont want to open an account, i just want "general information" on a particular account its so difficult to get this?:mad:

that's what the web is for! try looking at ww.(nameofbank).com - most should have details of the a/cs on offer.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
