How should I sell my Caithness glass?

I have several Caithness glass paperweights. I haven't used them as ornaments for quite some years, they don't seem to fit in anywhere now, but they are so pretty.

I'm going to have to sell them as they're taking up storage space, but they don't seem to go for much on Ebay.

Anyone have any ideas on where, or how I can sell them? I'm loathe to just throw/give them away (but would if I had to).

Ebay tends to get the best prices online so if they sell poorly there then I'm not quite sure where else to try.

How about looking to see if there is a collectors club or forum online, something like that who may let you advertise them for sale?

I sold some a few years back. Listed them individually - got loads of questions about them mainly about their size and was there a label on them. They sold to someone in Oz who stayed near Perth Scotland when she was a child. Also had some American bidders. I think 1 went to Canada. Good luck hope they do well.

My OH collects Caithness paperweights and we can often pick them up for between £2 - £10 at car boots etc. We have bought af ew off ebay as well and still get them for a good but higher price.
It all depends however, on whether they are limited editions (usually have a certificate or a number etched on the bottom over another number e.g. 25/100.) Whether they are discontinued, Royalty, special occasion, or part of a limited run set.

There are collectors clubs as Caithness itself are no longer in business as they were taken over by Royal Doulton etc. Also some Auction houses have specialist glass sales.

There is also the Caithness book if you want me to look some prices up for you. They can be worth anything from £30 to hundreds! Although most are about £20 -£30.
