and how do you get to it ??

    Yes you need to be registered as a business and your rating need to be at least 4.6 on all 4 comments for you to get any cash back

    The dashboard is only for powersellers and business sellers at the moment, but it is still in Beta mode - not reliable nor fully functional.

    A full version has been promised for a while now, but as yet there is no confirmed date.
