I have a steep slope on my drive way and a narrow exit through my gates so I need to get it just right or the car will touch bottom. I have been up and down hundreds of times but yesterday I got it in the wrong position and there was a terribble scrapping noise then a bit more of a growl from the engine than is normal. I had a look and I could see that the exhuast bracket that attached to the manifold had come off. Only Kwik Fit open so that was the place to go, and I was thinking that they as soon as they saw the 3 pointed star I would get a three figure bill. But no! Up on the ramp and a and a bracket screwed on and I was told there was no charge! Apparently because I have bought tires from them in the past and remembered. Very good and quite a shock.
