My daughter has had this a few weeks but last night when she changed the battery it now says "No mp3 files". She has plugged into to pc and files are there. She has tried adding a new file, not showing on mp3 but showing on computer. She has tried putting yet another battery in still the same.
Has anyone any ideas?

mine used to get problems with the firmware (software that controls the player) and i had to copy 2 files over 1 at a time and re-format it....
the instructions and files were on the disc that comes with it..
mine was somewhere straightforward like a folder called repair lolEx forum ambassador
