Energy Assessment for annual usage.

My assessment for the period 25/07/2005 - 19/07/06 for combined gas and electricity----Wait for it!

#4,237.13 Bet no one can beat that! Methinks I am paying for the whole street. Supplier Scottish Power. Have sent e mail requesting breakdown of this sum, awaiting reply.
I am currently paying #38.00 per month and they want me to increase the payment to #48.00 per month, I am going to be debt to them for the rest of my life!
Could it be typing error, mis-calculation,I have gas and elec leaks, my meters are being tampered with.?????????

Whatever the reason I sit in hope that they will adjust this assessment and I can get my life back on track.

my combined cost is £1230 so unless you are running blackpool illiminations i shoud think it is a mistake and i am a high user.

Don't you have any meter readings so you can calculate your usage?

My sister once got a bill like this. She rang them up in a panic. Turns out she read the meter for one utility, and thought it was the other, so sent in her own reading that was way way out! So it was her own fault. Not that this can be the problem in your case, but it just reminded me. I hope you get it sorted soon.
