Run a Biz, need personal and biz ££ advice!!

Hi

I run a business with my partner, and we currently rent a flat in London. We are looking for a decent financial adviser that can offer advice on how to maximise our business finances as well as get the most out of our joint personal finances.

Most advisers I have come across specialise in one area, but we want to get a cross-business-personal viewpoint. We're hoping to buy a property within the next 9-12 months, plus have an array of business questions that we'd love to fire off at an expert!

Any ideas???

Hi there, so all you have found there are specialists in different areas, and yet you want a 'Jack of all trades' as a 'one stop shop'? IMHO I would get advice from an expert in each of the areas you are looking into, letting them know your other concerns, and then go back to each of them if the different answers to different questions don't work together. Hope that makes sense?

Specialisation is the way of the future with the quality people focusing on what they are good at the lesser ones trying their hands at everything.

You sound like you need a business consultant, IFA, accountant and a solicitor later on. All that rolled into one would be an awful combination.
