I was gazundered about 4 years ago and that will live with me forever. Scottish Law society were no help whatsoever. The purchaser had already sold my house prior to them completing.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
So if it was a rising market would you expect a seller to ask you for more money?

I have heard of plenty of times where this happened - my MiL and FiL had exactly this happen when their sale fell through and the lady who owned the house they wanted to sell said in that case, I am putting the price up £15k because the market is moving and I have waited long enough - take it or leave it!
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
