If you need these and have to pay the £10 pounds anyway, you might as well make a "subject access request" under the Data Protection Act.
They can charge no more than £10 for this, and you can get a copy of everything they have on record about you. This will cost them quite a bit to produce. Suggest this to them and they might decide to let you have the list of DDs for free.
If you do follow this route, be prepared for a lot of paper - copies of every statement, corespondance, DD, etc.[size=-2] If this post was unhelpful, please tell me.
