BCA re-sell cars from leasing companies among others. BCA turn over somewhere in the region of 10,000 cars per business day across their whole European business, it is a good place to find a plentiful supply of 1 to 3 year old ex-lease and ex-company cars.

BCA do resell cars for Renault, so if you were after that Clio you might like to go to one of the "Renault days" at these BCA auction centres: http://www.british-car-auctions.co.uk/Default.aspx?page=466

I did some IT consulting work with BCA last year, so got to know a fair bit about their business.
I found it interesting that cars go through an inspection and referral for repair if necessary before making it to auction. So although you don't get the chance to inspect the car yourself that much, someone else has checked it over. The very best condition cars that don't need any work doing are offered for sale electronically to car dealers before going onto physical auction if they don't sell this way. BCA auction physical or electronic is one of the places car dealers go to replenish their stocks. Be aware of this if you are at auction, you are their with the pro's and they can spot private buyers in the competition and bid accordingly. Try to look like another car dealer ;)
