Land of Leather taking ages to refund me and take sofas away

I bought a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater just over 3 months ago. The leather is faulty as it is cracking really badly already . I emailed them as it was an online purchase and they sent out technician who was nice and agreed all was faulty . Land of leather then agrreed to refund me and take it away. It is over a month and despite my emails it is still here and no sign of my refund.
Does anyone know what i do now. I would love to charge them interest on my money to be refunded as they are really taking the mick. I also would like the seperate fee of £65 refunded that i had to pay the men who delivered(which in itself is an odd arrangement). Am i entitled to that?
Any help appreciated..a phone number would be nice too if anyone has one as i can't find one anywhere.
