so in conclusion Telecom Plus cheaper or not?
read the Telecom discussion but a bit confused by the whole thing and dont know if i get the whole gist. I know we pay £41 for gas and electric at the mo on a monthly budget tariff so it is the same amount all year round (so no hikes in the winter). is this first of all the cheapest way to do this? or should we be on the pay as you go along scheme of things?
