Carpetright on the Greyhound Park Chester had a rug which we liked but didn't have the size we wanted in stock. The Manager rang around all the stores in the area and located one at the Southport store. He was even arranging with the Manager of Southport store to meet up with her to collect the rug ! We said thankyou but we are quite happy to collect it ourselves. We were so impressed that we have now had a new bedroom carpet from them and again couldn't fault the service. A big thumbs up from me for Carpetright
