Hi,
just found a bond that guarantees a minimum 20% return of your investment after 5 years, or more if the stock market does well.
:T
Can't see any catches.
Find it here - www.teachersassurance.co.uk
Cheers.

Awful product. Much better versions availableI am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. LOL.
Sorry, I didn't mean to publicise something bad; I thought it was alright.
maybe you can post the better ones here for us all to benefit from ?
These are regulated financial services products (unlike savings accounts) so I cannot say which is best as that would imply advice which would be a breach of board rules and FSA rules. However, if you were doing your own research and happened to come across the Premier GEB or NDF then you could consider them options. The last tranche of the Premier GEB was well discussed in this forum and was very unusual as it was the first GEB for a very long time that myself and other regulars actually viewed positively and many actually paid into it. Generically, GEBs are usually an expensive waste of money (like this Teachers assurance one). So it was unusual to see a good one.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
