IS not paid into bank,(1st payment)

Please would anyone help,My oh claimed IS,the first payment was due into the bank today,nothing put in,please could anyone advise on what to do,this is out first time claiming..I just dont know what to do

I'm not sure if DLA works the same as IS (I get my DLA paid with my IS) but last week my IS and DLA didn't go into my bank, so my project worker phoned up and the lady she spoke to said that the info from DLA hadn't been downloaded in time or something so she downloaded it and a few hours later the money was in my bank account.
Sometimes, a quick phone call is all it takes.
