Just back - called in to chiropractors on off-chance and was seen. He explained he was selling up so didn't want to take on new clients only to hand them over :( Anyhow, he asked a few questions, prodded and poked and has suggested a couple of exercises and my back feels a lot better - not perfect, it still twinges but bearable now. He's recommended that I visit the practice next door to my GP, rather than come back to his successor as the successor is going to be more of a sports rehab person and will take referrals from personal trainers etc rather than deal with the general public.

Bob & Jacs - Wayne and I were talking about going camping later on this year. Of course i'd rather have gone camping with the old peugeot estate than with the tiny fiat we have now cos (thinking here ) I could have put the seats down and slept in the peugeot if the tent proved too bothersome - now we HAVE to work out how to get the tent up or sleep under the stars and pray it doesn't rain)

I used to take my little fiat punto, i loved that car. But if your tent is ok, you should be allright. ust make sure you take waterproofing, spray on and it does the rest..if it rains all the better. I always take extra bag of stuff just in case, like socks, welly boots etc, and repair kit. You haven't lived until you have been camping in the rain....It puts hairs on your chest. :rotfl:
Mine is massive, but i can get it up in 15 mins, it is just the tension that takes the time. After a couple of goes you will be ok. I always sleep well it must be the fresh air.:D
