Is any one else having problems with their online banking ?
It seems like at least once a week they are having problems with allowing payments to be made through the online banking - it gives a server error when attempting to make the payments , it also gives an error as when you try to use the send a message facility.
Pretty useless when theirs bills that have to be paid. :mad:

I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.

I don't use HSBC, but are there any links on their main page to "system status" type information? That might explain if there's any maintenance work going on that's affecting their site.

Never had any issues with the Online banking system, no errors reported.0
