If this is a trade account it may not be covered by the Consumer Credit Act. Can you ring National Debt Line or similiar to check the appropriateness of the legislation to your account.
Likewise, you would not get a consumer credit agreement for a standard bank account or most moblie phones.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
