Financing Mobile Homes

We are looking into financing a mobile home, do you have any advice on what lenders will fiance such a property? It will be a permanent residence not a holiday home.

Usually it's 20% down. It's a personal loan.
You sometimes get charged a fee to move into a site.
You will often have to be interviewed by the site owner to get approval to be sold the van.
Then you will pay weekly rent.
You will pay 10% to the site owner when you sell again.

When I did it 17 years ago there were very few places that would give a loan and you usually had to be an existing customer of theirs. So I found the lenders first that would potentially lend, then I started saving with them for a few months before looking at homes.

But, things have changed, so I have no idea where you'd get finance from.
