stud wall do i need any kind of planning permission?

i have 2 bedrooms and a boxroom in my house,the wll between the larger bedroom and the boxroom which is stud wall and not load baring,i was going to remove and rebuild another wall about 3 feet into the larger bedroom to make the box room biger,do i need any kind of permissions for this i live in scotland

You might want to consider a spell checker on your posts.
If the law in Scotland is the same as England, then you need neither PP or Building Reg approvals.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -

Not sure about Scotland but in England you can move any non-load bearing walls without planning or building control permission. Planning is generally only concerned with the external view of the house (unless it is listed) and the impact on neighbours, building control is generally only interested in the structure of the house so it doesn't fall down on you.0
