Help with My pc please

I have packard Bell computer about 4 years old with Windows XP
It won't load up - when I switch it on it asks to load normally or I can arrow up and select in safe mode etc.... now everytime I select any of them it freezes on agpCPQ
Please tell me its fixable please please!!! lol

Firstly, this is definately fixable and quite common so don't worry about it!
There's a few causes but try this solution first:
