    Just found this one again as I was bored, lol. I wonder what the outcome was for jjjulian, if anything at this stage of course? It would be nice to know these things, just out of interest really!

    Depending on the Questions asked at the time of the offence, could be a 5.3(a) quite easily, as opposed to the byelaw.
