B & Q and Wickes kitchen units - compatable doors?

Hi all,
I have bought some second-hand B&Q kitchen units from ebay for my garage. All have never been used - some still flat-packed and all with doors (maple style modern).
My question is... I want to add another 1000mm base unit and doors, which I will have to go and buy new, and was wondering, if I buy one from Wickes (at £15 cheaper than B&Q) will the B&Q doors fit it? I was looking at the Dallas 1000mm Base Unit in Wickes.
Any one know if the doors are 'the same fittings'?
Thanks in advance.

All kitchen doors now come with standard fittings. There shouldn't be a problem with using a different door, except if the hinge locator on the new carcass is slightly different. Even if it is its only a case of drilling 2 pilot holes.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Thanks for the replies...
Well, I went to Wickes and bought the Dallas 1000mm base unit and, although the doors look very slightly different from the B&Q Maple Style Modern, I bought one.
As my husband reminded me... it's only the garage!
But yes, you were right, the door hinges are in a slightly different place. But as the doors are an identical colour it'll be fine. I bought the worktop while I was there too. 3 x 2m lengths at £18.99 each.
I had great fun sorting the garage out on Bank Holiday Monday and it's nearly finished. We had a 'role reversal' day as my husband kept me fed and watered all day whilst he did the laundry!
Thanks again for the replies.
