Will this make my wireless router work?!

Hiya Guys,
I just got a free wireless router from tiscali, but AFAIK my computer doesn't have a wireless conection thingy so I can only connect by wiring the router. I'm not really sure what I need to make it wireless, but I was having a look on Amazon and came across this. Is this all I need or am I completely on the wrong track?!
