B&Q/furniture factory-bedroom furniture

Options
Hi all
Well just need some advice as to what to do next really.
Bought 3 double wardrobes and 2 chest of draws from local B&Q (plus all handles, cornice, plinth etc) Jan 08 for delivery Feb08. Dad came up for the weekend to fit. Wardrobes absoulutely fine and look great. On building the 2 chest of draws (both done at same time..Dad did one his mate another) Dad kept saying that the instructions were completely wrong for the carcas that we had. Plus the fittings ie there werent enough correct types of nuts and bolts. Fortunaltely he has built numerous of these and had spare. So he gets to the final 2 small draws (its a 4 big draw with 2 small draw chest) and there comes the problem. The side pieces are routed incorrectly so that the the base of the draw cannot fit correctly. Took back to B&Q. Their fitter agreed with my Dad. They called Furniture Factory (the manufactureres) who eventually answered the phone and agreed to send more side pieces to me. The lady at B&Q did say that she had never received such bad customer service on the phone!
Few weeks later side pieces arrive. They are exactly the same as the originals! Tried to phone FF myself but no one answering phone. Emailed them instead. After toing and froing worked out that they had in fact sent a completely different type of chest of draws to what it said on the packaging, with fittings for the draws I originally ordered plus the top 2 draws were also for the chest i had originally ordered. So in conclusion a mix up on the sides and backs of the 2 small draws. Now this happened for the TWO chest I had ordered. So managed to order from FF the sides and backs for the draws.
Weeks later and following numerous unidentified parts arriving I am still left missing 4 backs and 2 right hand sides! They say they have delivered and I have signed for some backs but in fact they keep sending me left hand sides! On one occassion they wrote on the edge the part number and right but it is still a left side! I have phoned them and their attitude is awful. I have even written a complaint letter which has been ignored. I then got a letter from them telling me that the parts I required would be out of stock until 13/5/08. So this time I took my complaint back to my local B&Q. They referred me to their after sales team. I explained what had happened and that I now wanted them to deal with FF. I said that they should consider if they should do business with them considering the way inwhichI hadbeen treated,. I was told that B&Q staff had also comnplained about them and my compliant was taken to the buying team. However it seems that I still cannot get my parts any quicker...although the after sales team has ordered me both right and lefthand sides! I did ask B&Q that if they took back my chest of draws back and ordered me more would I be told they are out of stock to which he said yes!
So not really sure what to do next. Im waiting for the correct parts to arrive but what if they ar wrong again. This has been going on now for months and Im getting sick of it. Does anyone else have any advice?
Thanks for reading and hope you understand it all!
