Littlewoods Help?

Hi there hoping I might be able to get some advice from you knowledgable lot!
At the start of April I ordered a pond kit from littlewoods direct website on my flex accoun the kit was £109 and supposed to contain:- 1 small pond liner, 1 green genie 6000 litre filer with UV ligt and a 3000 litre maximus pump.
Ordered and was told item to be with me following Monday, Following Monday no delivery so I wait and expect it to either come next day or them to send me a quick note (as they have in the past) telling me item out of stock and it would be with me in X amount of days. 10 days later still no delivery so I ring them and surprise surprise I have been billed for item but they have not dispatched and they don't know why. I am told be with me next day.... its not!
Finaly turns up 3 weeks late but checking the box quickly i see the bits are there and ring the local handyman to drain the pond for me and refit the liner.
He turns up the following day drains the pond and comes in to get the liner at which point he asks me if i knew that the green genies U.V light was smashed? I say no and on checking the box not only is the light smashed but Littlewoods have sent me a 3000 litre filter and a 1250 litre pump.
I tell the guy he will have to come back another time as no point doing the liner and refilling the point if we cant set the equipment up, I pay him and then get on the phone to littewoods who appologise and order collection and say they wil get new delivery out a.s.a.p!
On friday new delivery turns up (well it was sent 30 doors down the road first before neighbour relaised it was for me im at 3 hes at 33 and brings it down) Low and behold would you belive it everything is still the same except this time the green genie isnt even boxed, has been used is marked faulty and has the plug cut off!
I ring up customer services who explain they cant deal with it but someone to ring me back FRIDAY next week who can deal!!
Now dont get me wrong im not demanding compensation that would be silly as I needed the pond draining anyway but this is ridiculous and on checking my statement last night there are 2 delivery charges and they havent even got round to refunding me for the first kit so my statement is now up £225 inc p&p!!
Im a bit fed up and the worse thing of all is that the woman at littlewoods customer services insinuated that its probably a typo in the cataqlougue??
shouldnt they have picked up on this the first time?? Best course of action ideas anyone??

I would go for a complete refund .Use another supplier.If you paid by credit card,it will makwe it easier if they are difficult.0
