if you own a premier or business account you pay usually 3.4% + 20p for all transactions wherever they're from, and only if you're a personal account is it free.
Sorry I assumed that they were talking about personal accounts..0 -
It seems that the 3.4% plus 20p rule is correct.
I've transferred some money to my friend and we ve worked out thats what I've been charged.
