WTE84103GB
For me, because thats the one we have! Nice and simple, but quick to dry. Three years old and no trouble whatsoever and we use it for all our clothes, summer and winter.0 -
Hello divadee
I've heard good reports about Bosch and I have Zanussi white goods (washing machine and tumble dryer)............so I'm not going to help you to decide.:o
My vote for (and preference to buy) Zanussi products is based on my experience. My washing machine is approximately 13 years old............it's never broken down and still works perfectly well.
My tumble dryer (also approx 13 years old) recently stopped working properly (the drum started sticking) and I decided it was time to buy a new model. I bought the condenser dryer ZDC46130W in January...............and I'm happy with it.;)

nile, has it got sensor control? i really want it to save a few pennies on the electric, and better for the enviromnet.
at the moment it is wasting money the machine that broke as it is only a timer so can waste loads of electrcity.0 -
Beware! I too had my Zanussi for over 13 years both washer and dryer, I was sad when I went to replace them as I was informed (by more than one shop) that Zanussi were no longer Italian owned but British and were not of the same standard I was even more dismayed to learn that their life expectancy was only 3 to 5 years. I hasen to add that I have had my Bosch for over 5 years now both washer and dryer work wonderfully I don't know the model no anymore just that they are both Classixx if that helps? Good luckRemember every waking moment is a chance to turn it all around.;) Knowledge is the key to respect.

The vented ones apparently dry faster, so use less electricity - if you are in a position to drill holes?GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.

Yes, mine has sensor control...............but it isn't the model you're quoting in your original post.;)
In my instruction booklet it says:
Allows you to select electronically controlled or time controlled drying. The appliance runs electronically controlled drying programmes with the help of probes which detect the degree of dampness of the laundry.;)

I got my AEG lavatherm from john lewis. Its fab.My teenage kids used to put their jeans in the previous non-sensor one for hours!!
Very easy to empty water container. You can set it to very dry or iron dry etc
You can set the timer to tell you when its done.
Filter in back of door-take the fluff out every so often-mmm there must be a mse use for that fluff..
Having the sensor is energy and time saving.0 -
i think we are going to go for the bosch WTE84307GB we are going to see it in comet today, and then purchase online, as comet and currys want £399 for it.
will let you know what we think when we have sen it in the flesh so to speak.
I just wish i could go the extra £140 and get the miele, but I just cannot afford or justify that money at the moment on a tumble dryer.0
