OK, we are re-decorating the living room, what do people think to this?
Living room is: 7.19m x 3.61m and has cream curtains.

This is actually a very dark navy blue leather sofa (couldn't find a identical match!)
Our concern is that with brown carpets and walls it may look dark and small. We do like a beige wallpaper, which will keep the room light. What do others think?

personally i would go for cream walls as your sofa and carpet dont really go together. could you then get some cream throws for sofa and buy some coloured cushions to coordinate with the carpet.0

Or you could go for pale blue walls a few shades lighter than your sofa. Then as the previous poster suggests use cushions and throws, in shades of blue and brown and maybe some cream, to blend the two together.Books - the original virtual reality.

I would def go with a lighter wallpaper as the romm could look quite dark with brown walls. B and Q have got some great wallpapers in at the moment and the prices are not too bad. I would get some canvas wall art with a bit of blue in it to bring the colour of the sofas in or perhaps some cushions with the blue annd cream in.0

We have a navy blue leather suite and a jade coloured carpet, so the walls are baby blue on the bottom half, with a minty green on the top and a darker blue dado rail through the middle.
I agree with previous poster i would go for cream walls and some chocolate cooloured accessories to tie it all together.A freebie a day sends a smile my way!
