Are there any comfortable full headphones out there (budget). I have some and after using them for a while I get bruised ears, its like doing ten rounds with Mike Tyson....To travel at the speed of light, one must first become light.....0

Not heard of the brand apparently a Japanese company that sell to tv / radio companys etc0 -
Bookducks, I ordered the creative headphones, and received them this morning, excellent service.
They are a little heavy, but generally they seem excellent value for money.
Thanks very much!
Colmil.
Yeh, glad you enjoyed them. They work well around the house/car, but in noisy environments like on the underground, especially where track change then the sound get drowned out. for me there also are a little to big to pocket. I also keep forgetting to turn the power off
There is an issue with them that the cable in the arms tend to break after a while - so some sites, but for £25 - hey
I would have liked to try the philips ear bud ones. My current ones are Koss - The Plug and are also quite good at value for £ but also get drowned out on trhe undergroundGOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.0 -
iu got these in the ear headphones which i use at the gym to cut out the crap music they play and whilst on my bike and if you fit them correctly in the ear canal they do a good job at keeping out unwanted noise

Bit of a bump but in the hope that the advice might help others; I bought some ALDI noise cancelling headphones last night and wanted to let you know how poor they are. The sound quality is terrible, and when you activate the noise cancelling the main thing it does is turn the volume off the headphones up!
But seriously, they have very poor sound quality and are worth avoiding. They were only £20 but on the success of some other electrical items I have had I thought I would give them a try. Looks like a trip back to the store for a refund for me
On that note, does anyone know if the Bose ones are available at a discount anywhere? I tried them a while ago and was hugely impressed with them (just not the price tag)

Except for the ones (like the Sony MDRNC11which I mentioned above) that are both in-ear ~and~ noise cancelling.0 -
They did a test on them the other week on gadget show

I use the Shure SE530, and they are the best earphones I have ever heard. They are sound isolating, not cancelling which is good too. Sound cancelling earphones are rather gimmicky and not terribly good.
Bose products are laughably overpriced, and in my opinion should be avoided unless you have more money than sense.0
