laptop pad problems

in Techie Stuff
i am having problems with the pad on my laptop, it will let me move the curser aroud but when it comes to tapping it to open a page etc it does not respond, it might be something in the setting, but that is a bit over my head,
any advice would be great .. thanks

If you have the Pad icon in the tray just right-click it and select tap to click.
If not go into start then control panel then under mouse settings you should be able to do it from there.0 -
