Rude service from cashier

This was at Argos but it's not really the company I have a problem with, just the person that served me.

I reserved something at one of the stores, when I got there she said the reservation had expired. OK, this was my fault. She then checked to see if the items were in stock and said one wasn't. I said I wanted to buy all the items so I would just leave it. As though she couldn't comprehend what I'd just said she said "The other items are in stock though".

I told her again it didn't matter then she just muttered something under her breath, put the bit of paper with the reservation number down on the desk (instead of my hand) and turned and looked out the window until I left.

I didn't expect an apology, just an "OK then" would have done.
