Ordered 3 bags yesterday, all different. 2 Jasper Conran ones and 1 John Rocha.
No confirmation email arrived.
Phoned them up and was told that there wasn`t anything they could do and i`d have to email customer services via the website ?? !!
Anyway last night, I got the confirmation - saying that EVERYTHING I ordered was out of stock and that I should eb assured that no money will be charged to my account..... blah blah.
I was MAD !!Simply because I`d bought it all as Xmas pressies and that it had let me pay and go through checkout no problems.
GrRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!

Orange did that to me a while back with a mobile phone. In fact it was after the phone should have arrived that I was told I wasn't getting it. And I was twice told be email that it would arrive shortly.
It was only out of stock, it was no longer available, and they refused to give me a phone of the same spec for the same price. I got one cheaper at Virgin in the end. (£6) so no great loss! And I didn't have to get it unlocked!May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
