ntl had buggered up our email address so were not receiving any emails. For the last couple of weeks we had been phoning the call centre and got knowhere as all the staff do is put you through from one person to another and basically pass the buck.

Finally we were put through to the ntl Technical Support Bureau in Wales and the gentleman on the end the phone was very helpful and managed to fix the problem within a few minutes. We took his name, which I don't want to disclose on here.

Does anyone know the address for the ntl Technical Support Bureau in Wales?, so that I can send a letter saying how we were very happy with the way how he sorted out our email problem.
