Guys,

is there a way that I can have both ie6 and ie 7 installed to use on my pc ?? I've thought about it and tried a few things, but can't seem to figure it out. Is it possible or not ?? Any advice appreciated.....

Although not sure why you'd want to unless it's some kind of web development compatibility work or something.

Is there any particular reason why you want to do this?

It's because I'm having a few problems with quidco, and some merchants don't seem to like tracking stuff through ie7. Have tried leaving off phishing and pop-up blockers, but either I'm missing another setting or some sites just don't like tracking through ie7.

In fact you're probably best using one browser specifically just for cashback sites so you can keep the cookies intact. Completely agree, much better to simply use another browser rather than trying to get two different versions of the same browser.

Strangely I often have problems getting things to track through firefox, so i do everything for quidco through IE (admittedly using IE tab though so I don't have to switch out of FF).

If people are having problems with IE and FF, anybody know if there are any tracking problems with Opera?

IE6 is full of security holes, dont use it.

It's a configuration issue, running both will be a nightmare. Better to run IE7 and Firefox and determine which is best for your needs. Leave the insecure mess of IE6 in the bin where it belongs.
