The going rate is around £40 per item (less if job is simpler) including materials and labour.
Count up all the sockets you want added (or moved / altered) and add 2 items for wach appliance (washing machine + isolator switch = 2 items)
Add about £350 for the bonding and the consumer unit.
I am being generous with these prices as the walls may be plasterboard and the job easier.
For spots add £30 per item including materials
