I prefer Henry to a Dyson and they are priced at just under £1000

Henry fan here too;)0

Wouldn't touch Dyson, advertising hype about bagless (there is a 'dust filter') and he made ££ by sacking UK workers and moving production offshore.0

I just bought a bagless hoover, cyclonic with a HEPA filter for £25 from Woolworths. It's light, easy to move around and seems to work very well. It's from their Worthit range

I use dyson at home and have had 3 now over the last 12 years. excellent machines, however for work I swear by my Henry, and would willingly recommend them for use in a house - unless you need a "beat and sweep" type upright thing.

I'd buy a Miele (and they're still made in Germany!) before going anywhere near a Dyson. IMO they're grossly overrated and overpriced.0

sebo all the way0

I have heard bad things about Dyson, I long for a Sebo but I ended up going for one of those Bissell Lift Off ones and I am well chuffed with it. Got it in the Empire sale at Xmas though so can't remember what the proper price was, think I got mine for about £80. I prefer an upright but it is handy to have the option to turn it into a cylinder for the stairs. It definitely grooms the carpet though.0

I wouldn't buy any other except a Dyson & when the extended warranty I bought runs out on mine, I'm getting the new BALL one.0

Ring Dyson for a brochure and they will send you a £50 voucher for use on a telephone order only.
Had a Dyson for 12 years and just replaced it with a new one.
Anybody want a used Dyson DC02 ????????????0
