Free pressure washer

I'm sure this is the wrong thread but some one will move it. Tesco car insurance is offering a free pressure washer to new customers at the moment. If you are like me and are already a customer of theirs and soon to renew (do a comparison and if you save less than say £30 then do this). Just call them up and say you don't want to auto-renew your policy and then get a fresh quote asking for the pressure washer offer and hey presto your a new customer (with a pressure washer as well). Ps £6.50 max delivery charge if you do not collect from store.

Thanks for the offer details, but i don't know about others, but the insurance for my car is way over the price of others.

I've just taken out Tesco Value Car Insurance against my first car. I read on the home page to quote 'pressure' however when I went through online there was no box to quote anything like this! I entered my Clubcard number though... do you think I will recieve the voucher for the washer?

The Tesco quote was actually quite cheap for me!

I had an insert with my tesco credit card with code pressure750 to get the pressure washer and 750 clubcard points when you pay with your Tesco Credit Card. Also went through Quidco for £50 cashback..although not yet tracked but does say could take 14 days.

I thought Tesco Car Insurance wasn't on Quidco?! Wasn't when I looked

Anyone else who has taken out this insurance and didn't have anywhere to quote 'pressure' online?? It says it can take 6 weeks for the voucher to get sent out, it's been about 2 weeks now.

Tesco car insurance wasn't on quidco when I got my first lot of quotes. I then received an email from Greasypalm saying it was new to them and decided to go back into Quidco and it was there!

Finally got a letter through saying the voucher to get it online will be with me in the next 3 weeks. Lots of waiting for it!

Have you received your code yet?

I signed up for Tesco car insurance in May and received the code shortly after but have been having huge problems getting it to work. After several calls to Tesco, they have aparrently sent a new code out for me. This was 'aparrently' 4 weeks ago and has still not been received and I've been told they can do nothing until six weeks after the lastest action.

Has anyone else had any problems??
