Ccleaner download query?

I have used a link in an earlier post to download the latest version of Ccleaner, which I have used for a number of years. The download from FileHippo.com takes me to "registry helper". Is there a problem as it is different to the download I have used before?
Should I download the registry helper, will this then let me download the new version of Ccleaner?
