Most likely causes:

• hello could anyone please help me, ive been trying to go on to a site www.dnbheaven.co.uk and the message below is what comes up.

it was working fine a week ago, its the only site that im having trouble with.
ive reset my browser back to manufactuers reset but its still not working?????

From command prompt, are you able to ping www.dnbheaven.co.uk?

Once in command prompt type nslookup www.dnbheaven.co.uk - what IP address do you get?

I've tried the site from my end and it works.
