Are there any basic formula's out "there" which the law uses to asses and agree the financial settlement when a couple seperate, then divorce??
I have been seperated almost a year, she/I are now looking to get divorced the easiest way. However, neither of us has a clue as to what is right and fair in terms of a financial agreement.
I intend to seek legal advice and assume she/he will too but any basic advice information could be money well saved????
Thanks
