PSR - Atlantic - Change of Metre
Hi,
My parents has a disability and under Priority Service register, the supplier can move the metre to a new place if it is harder to reach.
I have received forms from Atlantic Care line and the bottom of the form it says:-
I understand that if Atlantic Electric and Gas arrange to move the metre, I will be resposible for arranging and paying for any wiring alterations, tests or excavation work that are needed.
There is a box to agree or disagree.
Not sure what box to tick really becasue as far as I read about PSR that move of metre is completely free of charge. Can anyone help with this please?

I think meter moves are usually chargeable and the customer pays (seperately) for an electrician to adjust the wiring after the suppliers terminals to the new location.
In this case is what they are saying that the meter move isn't chargeable but it is still your reponsibility to have wiring made suitable?
