Would like to know if anyone knows of somewhere trustworthy to have my old videos transfered to dvd.
The videos are not perfect and not sure if they can be digitally sorted out to make the pictures lok a bit better ?
My father has just dies and would like this to be done as we have some old footage of him.
Thanks in advance.

if you have a DVD recorder
The simplest solution would be to connect the output of the VHS recorder to the input of a set-top DVD recorder.
or
If your PC can accept input from a VCR or camcorder -- say via a FireWire port -- you can save analog video on your hard drive using video editing software, then burn it onto a DVD.
or here, never used them
