I started using this company about 12 months ago. They recently sent a list of new charges saying "we were the last to increase charges". I have sent emails asking them to tell me exactly how much I have used since I started with them but they do not reply. Has anyone else noticed poor service? I am thinking of switching for one of the cashback schemes.

When you signed up "about 12 months ago", did you not provide initial meter readings?
