Sky+ PIN. Is it possible to completely disable it?

We are just two adults in the house so we have no need to use the PIN to block channels or restrict access etc. I have tried every permutation in “Parental Control”.
However I cannot find a way to totally disable it and I am getting fed up being asked for the PIN when I want to play back a programme that Sky appear to think is adult.
Sky often require a PIN to watch or play back a perfectly ordinary mainstream film.
They even demand a PIN when I want to play back a section of Soccer AM that I manually record. I’d hardly call the Soccerette and car park shoot outs adult viewing requiring a PIN.
I am not referring to the adult subscription channels. I am referring to mainstream channels.
Thanks

I did this:
Services > Parental Control (3) > Enter PIN > Viewing Restrictions (3)
You then get a menu showing what you want to have to enter a PIN for. I disabled everything. I've not been bothered with a PIN request since.0 -

It is done via the instrustions that john has given above. The most important thing is to actually make sure you press the correct button once you have removed the restrictions as otherwise they default to whatever it was previous.
So make sure you press backup or ok or whatever it requires once you deselect the restrictions.0 -
Hi all,
When you have made your selections you must press the 'select button on the sky+ remote.
If you dont, any changes that you have selected will not be saved.
In other words press select to save your new settings.
