Superb service - they had a White Zinfandel Savvs had been looking for in this country for ages without success.
I ordered a case of 6 and they turned up by courier 2 days later - I would have had them sooner if I'd ordered before 3pm.

Yes, but try getting an answer out of "Customer Service" when things go wrong. No phone numbers (believe me I've tried all the ones published) and no answer to the formal route of e-mails to customer services.

Same here.
I spend over £500 on guinness & "Surger Unit".
The Surger Unit Malfunctioned after 6 "surges".
They DO NOT reply to emails..
I have sent 6 without reply.
Form completion on their own website gets returned as "Non Existent"...
DISGRACEFUL SERVICE........I WILL NOT BE RE-ORDERING0
