I have emaied the lady re: the ring and she is going to pay all my listing fees. I dont mind someone like that, its the other people i cant stand. the ones that just dont pay

Anyhoo... i need to crack on as the temp left loads of work from Friday.

    Hi...first post of many hopefully!

    Can I join please? :o)

I knew this site existed but until a few days ago I hadn't really looked at it properly. I really like the way everyone helps each other and I think these challenges are great. I really think doing this a bit more publicly will help me to get rid of my debt faster. Most of it is student debt, but I still have about £2,880 (probably slightly less now, that was calculated 2 or 3 months ago) to pay off on my car which I want to get rid of as it's the only thing I technically pay interest on. I'm obviously paying some off each month (£155) so it's decreasing anyway. I've already got £1000 towards it saved in my ISA so I want to push to get the rest gone before christmas, am going to aim for £1,500 more as will probably only have £2,500 left (maybe less) by the time I get the lump sum. I'm a bit excited about the prospect so I'm going to go and make a sig now.

Oh, almost forgot, if anyone is interested I started a debt diary last night. I'm going to try and update it every few days or so. So far I've just explained a bit about how I got my debt (and how much, eek!), I'm also going to review some of the survey sites I use as some are really good and some obviously aren't. Thanks :o)

My dad made a dog kennel from scratch a few years ago, it was huge! My dad could actually fit in it... unfortunately for him the dog never used it, he's a samoyed so he likes the cold.

I'll definately pass on any money saving ideas, I think one of my aims has to be to spend less on food when I visit my boyfriend. It's ridiculous what I spend when I'm there because it isn't my house and I don't have a stock of food, so if I want to make something I have to buy everything. I often end up buying pizzas and the like which isn't very healthy or cheap..

Thanks Amy :o). I'm just about to work out how much I'd need per week to pay the car off, I also really need to sort some stuff out for ebay. I'm a bit of a hoarder and I hate listing on ebay because it's so time consuming, but I can't look for a job til about mid July at the earliest so time is something I have plenty of. I should also get some more jewellery made, I've been a bit slack on that front lately. I'll have to try and make some tonight.

Samoyeds are lovely but very vocal! Ours had an operation on his eye a while back and where our other dog has been licking it it's all nasty and off colour, though I think he's starting to revert back to white.

Food is my major downfall, that said being a vegetarian probably saves me a bit of money. I absolutely love chinese chicken balls and would probably spend a small fortune on them if I could.
