no cash back on the ds but we went to asda food shopping and they had a ds and 2 games that looked good for £95 so i told ds that i would have the £49 she has raised toward the ds and she could have the ds and i would have the games until she has the rest of the money. she seemed happy with that so she is playing her old gameboy games on it. she owe me another £48 before she can have the games and she is reall proud of what she has saved for! bless.

lol she was playing a clock game she said was really good in the car when we got home she showed me and it was just moving the hands round to set the clock!!! lol i was wetting myself laughing she is happy without the games at the moment..
but I WANT ONE NOW!

I think its great what you are doing, she is getting a treat but is still learning the value of money.
perhaps if the tv comes and its not what u want you can buy yourself a ds with the sale proceeds?

lol yeah i sort of like the idea of just having a really nice tv i can't wait i am so exciting the chap said it might come next tuesday!! i have entered loads more comps this afternoon. i will be so gutted if it doesn;t come!

cheapest samsung tv i can see on kelkoo is still £150 so is probably worth more than that, wouldnt have thought they would give a cheap model away as a prize?

no i remember entering a couple of tv comps one was an entertainment system but i don;t think tahe is it, one ahuge lcd tv looked great black and i can;t really remember the others.
it is funny coz i was saying to a mate i entered loads of comps and so i would win complete crap. i said i am going to win something completly useless. how wrong was i lol
